Elation EHR Patient Passport
We use Elation EHR. Existing clients can access their Elation Patient Passport in order to view visit summaries, upcoming appointments, receive communication from our providers, review lab & imaging results, send messages to our office, and more.
Clients who have not yet established care will receive a patient passport invitation when they schedule their first appointment. Some appointments can be scheduled directly online.
