From providing first-ever sexual health appointments for teens, to family planning and contraception visits, to routine annual exams and preventative screenings including pap smears and breast exams, to expert guidance through perimenopause/menopause — our attentive and compassionate midwives and nurse practitioners are here to support you through each of life’s transitions.

Problem Visits, Lab Testing, RX & More

We’ve got you covered for preventative care as well as acute needs, such as addressing common issues including vaginal, bladder, or breast infections. We also offer STI screening, hormonal lab testing, pregnancy confirmation, in-house pelvic ultrasounds, and more. Our providers have prescriptive authority should you need any medication management.

Our visits are time-intensive, with a full hour allotted for annual exams, and our facility is warm and home-like: a far cry from the sterile medical environment most of us have grown accustomed to. We welcome all individuals and are committed to being a safe, trauma-informed space regardless of minority status, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size, or family structure. We accept most major insurances including Medicaid and CHP+.

What To Expect at Your Visit

Annual exams are 60 minutes. You will complete a detailed health history prior to your visit and we will spend the first part of your appointment reviewing this history in detail, learning about you and what concerns you are hoping to address. We will discuss available screenings and tests you may be due for, you may desire, or we may recommend based on your history. We will perform a physical exam and will collect lab samples in-house as appropriate. We will make a plan with you for follow up.
Problem visits will vary in length according to the issue being addressed. We will collect and send appropriate lab samples as appropriate to diagnose and address your concerns. If indicated, our providers will prescribe medication or recommend natural or herbal remedies. We will facilitate referrals as needed to other specialists.
Telehealth visits are available, though they may not be appropriate for every case. Annuals, problem visits, and telehealth consults can be scheduled directly online.

Preconception counseling, nutritional deficiency screening and optimization, fertility lab testing and support, early pregnancy confirmation and more.
Hormonal testing, natural and herbal hormone support, hormone replacement therapy, support for common issues including insomnia, hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue, and low libido, and more.
Appointments for pelvic and breast infections, irregular bleeding, pelvic floor concerns, mental health referrals, and more.
Lab testing for thyroid function, heart health, hormones, nutritional deficiency, STI screening, cervical cancer screening, hereditary cancer genetic testing, early pregnancy monitoring, and more
In-house ultrasounds available for complete pelvic evaluation and for pregnancy scans including viability, fetal anatomy, growth, and more.
